Can I Reverse my Cash Out after requesting it?
Cash Out requests may be cancelled and returned to your Prime ScratchCards Balance during the 5 days following your Cash Out request. After this time your Cash Out will be processed and may no longer be reversed.
To reverse a requested Cash Out:
- Click on the 'Cashier' button in the lobby.
- Click on "Cash Out".
- Click on "Pending Withdrawals".
- You will see a list of your Cash Out requests with their status indication in the "Awaiting Process" box.
- Select any undelivered Cash Out request by clicking on it.
- Click on "Transfer Money Back to My Account".
- Your Chosen Cash Out request will be cancelled and your Cash Out funds will be immediately returned to your Prime ScratchCards Balance.
Cash Out History
Your Cash Out history can be viewed within the 'My History' application, accessible from lobby. Choose 'Cashier History', Here you will find a complete list of all your Cash Out requests, both those that have been processed, as well as those that you have cancelled.
