1. In order to cash out money from your Prime ScratchCards Account:
   
   

   • Click on the 'Cashier' button in the lobby.
     
     
   • Click on 'Cash Out'.
     
     
   • Choose one of the cash out methods for Cashing out.
     
     
   • Fill in the required information.
     
     
   • Click on the 'Cash out Request' button.
     
     
   • Cash out will be refunded in accordance with the deposit method and your Prime ScratchCards Deposit Balance as specified in our Cash Out Policy.
     
     
   • You may now check your Cash Out History, by clicking on the 'My History' button and choose 'Cashier History' report.
     
     
   • Cash Outs requested by the same method within 24 hours may be combined in one payment.

2. How long does it take to receive My Winnings?
   
   

   Cash Out requests are processed 48 hours from the date of request. During this time you may cancel your Cash Out Request, from within the "Awaiting Process" box in the Cashier, and return it to your Prime ScratchCards Account Balance.

   After 48 hours, the status of your Cash Out Request will change to "Processing" and you will no longer be able to cancel it. You will be notified by Email when your Cash Out Request is Delivered and the money is sent to you.

   NG International, Ltd. LTD. (the operator of Prime ScratchCards), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of Cash Out requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transactions.

   There are no fees for any of our Cash Out Services, except for Wire Transfer which is $25.

   Some of Prime ScratchCards Cash Out methods involve third parties, which is why delay may occur from time to time.

   How the Cash Out process works?
   
   According to Prime ScratchCards Cash Out policy, the requested withdrawal amount will be refunded back to your method of original Deposit or to any of the following methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, NeTeller, FirePay, Click2Pay or MoneyBookers.

   Credit/Debit Cards Exceptions:
   
   

   • MasterCard: Due to MasterCard's regulations we are not permitted to return funds to your MasterCard's Cards. Therefore cash outs will be returned via Wire Transfer or Bank Draft (whichever is more convenient for you), or via FirePay, MoneyBookers, Clic2Pay or NeTeller if you have used these methods in the past.
     
     
   • Visa: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa, Prime ScratchCards is not permitted to pay Cash Outs to Visa's Cards issued in specific countries (see drop down list) -

   Therefore cash Outs will be returned via Wire Transfer or Bank Draft (whichever is more convenient for you), or via FirePay, MoneyBookers, Clic2Pay or NeTeller if you have used these methods in the past.
   
   

General Cash Out information:



• The minimum amount for a Wire Transfer Cash Out is $250 and $5 for a Bank Draft or via FirePay, MoneyBookers, Clic2Pay or NeTeller Cash Out. If you have requested to withdraw a lower amount, we will not be able to process your request and the funds will be added to your Prime ScratchCards Balance Account.
  
  
• Cash Outs requested within the same 24 hour period, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.
  
  
• Prime ScratchCards players will be allowed to withdraw not more than $10,000 per month. If the amount to be withdrawn is superior to $10,000 the remaining discrepancy will be placed back to the player Balance, for the player to withdraw one month later.
  
  
• Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation may be required to process your Cash Out request, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous Deposits to your Prime ScratchCards Account.
  
  
• NG International, Ltd. Ltd. (the operator of Prime ScratchCards), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of Cash Out requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transactions.
  
  
• Bonuses may be Cashed Out only after all  Bonus Policy Requirements have been  satisfied, and a player has made at least one approved deposit in his Prime ScratchCards account.

4. Can I Reverse my Cash Out after requesting it?
   
   

   Cash Out requests may be cancelled and returned to your Prime ScratchCards Balance during the 5 days following your Cash Out request. After this time your Cash Out will be processed and may no longer be reversed.

   To reverse a requested Cash Out:
   
   

   • Click on the 'Cashier' button in the lobby.
     
     
   • Click on "Cash Out".
     
     
   • Click on "Pending Withdrawals".
     
     
   • You will see a list of your Cash Out requests with their status indication in the "Awaiting Process" box.
     
     
   • Select any undelivered Cash Out request by clicking on it.
     
     
   • Click on "Transfer Money Back to My Account".
     
     
   • Your Chosen Cash Out request will be cancelled and your Cash Out funds will be immediately returned to your Prime ScratchCards Balance.
     
     
   
   Cash Out History
   
   Your Cash Out history can be viewed within the 'My History' application, accessible from lobby. Choose 'Cashier History', Here you will find a complete list of all your Cash Out requests, both those that have been processed, as well as those that you have cancelled.
