Fair play is the foundation on which we have built our reputation.
At Prime ScratchCards we are committed to not only providing fair play at all times, but also showing our customers how important it is for them to understand how we achieve this.
Whenever we publish a new scratch card series our computerized system makes a designated amount of Scratch cards based on the list of prizes available. This format usually produces a 1 in 3 overall chance of winning a prize on each Scratch card of any game when the series is first published.
Every PrimeScratchcard is unique and encrypted by our system. When you buy a PrimeScratchcard the system uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) to choose a Scratch card from the relevant series, only then can the system make the card readable. This system has been carefully tested by running millions of rounds and examining results. Additional system checks are performed and tested by the Prime ScratchCards team to maintain Fair Play throughout.
You can also choose the type of Scratch card you want to play, but you can't choose the unique card (for security reason).Even if someone knew the number of a unique winning card they can't choose it.
At Prime ScratchCards we are committed to keeping our customers informed about any series that has Big Prizes Cashed-out. Other Scratchcard games in the world do not always let you know if the Big Prize is still available when you purchase a Scratch card. So you can find yourself expecting to win a Big Prize that has already gone.
You can keep track of how you are doing at Prime ScratchCards when you view your Game History and Banking History logs. Clicking on the "History" button (at Prime ScratchCards Lobby), you will be able to review all of your activities, including each Scratch card that you've ever played, with the exact date and time, card price, detailed game results and Banking history including each Deposit and Cash-Out.
